This dazzling New Year's Eve menu is to share for five (5) diners, which can be configured according to preferences by alternating dishes with the vegetarian menu as well as adding quantities.
We recommend that to ensure the availability of dishes make your reservation as soon as possible since only a limited number of menus will be prepared. Orders will be received until December 28th at 5:00 p.m. or until the end of stock, whichever comes first.

starter - PIG IN A BLANKET TIMBAL
We are starting with a timbale of pig in a blanket on Brussels sprouts in gravy sauce and decorated with a tile of seaweed.

main dish - LAMB IN ITS FINE HERBS
This delicacy of lamb leg marinated in fine herbs and roasted, come with breads, stuffed potatoes and three sauces that allow us to combine flavors and textures.

dessert - GOLDEN BALL
This spectacular dessert is a ball filled with coffee mousse with a mango, gin and ginger center. Chocolate covered and decorated with golden powder.

starter - CHAPELINE WITH VEGETABLE
This dish is an exquisite capeline stuffed with caramelized onion, crispy tofu, steamed asparagus, mushrooms and sprinkled with truffle shavings. And crowned with a tile of seaweed.

main dish - NUT ROAST
With a unique texture and flavor, this tasty dish made from nuts and lentils is served with roasted potatoes, vegetables and gravy.

dessert - GOLDEN FRUIT BALL
For those who are more fruitful, we have created their version. Composed of a chocolate coating, coffee cream and mango center. But the difference is that it does not contain gin. We have created it keeping in mind those people who do not consume alcohol.

This pre-order requires payment of £ 80 for confirmation, paying the balance on the day of delivery upon receipt at the agreed address.

We will be delivering your order between 12/30 and 12/31. We will contact you in advance to coordinate the hour.
Refunds will be accepted for cancellation of pre-order up to 48 hours after the order is confirmed or 24 hours before the order deadline (12/28), the first one that is fulfilled.
