CHRISTMAS DAY

This Christmas we wanted to entertain you with a traditional menu that also has a special detail. So we have prepared three dishes that will make more than one mouth water. Alternative vegetarian menu available.

STARTER 

We will start with a poultry consomme with vegetables, quail egg and  a decorative touch of bay leaves. 

MAIN DISH

We will continue with a Roast Turkey or Millefeuille Dome (V) delicatessen accompanied by potatoes, vegetables and covered in gravy. 

DESSERT 

To finish, our chef will delight us with a pudding or chocolate Cracker that will literally make your mouth and taste buds explode.

For this New Year's Eve we would like to invite you to share our table, so we propose to end the year with a great dinner consisting of ... 

STARTER 

To begin, we propose a pig in a blanket timbale over Brussel sprouts and gravy (meat sauce) 

MAIN DISH 

Followed by a roast lamb leg  marinated in fine herbs accompanied by salad and three sauces, or nut roast to vegetarian. 

DESSERT 

Finally, and welcoming the new year, an eccentricity of our chef that will not leave anyone indifferent ... a golden ball of chocolate with a fresh apricots center.
